Our total range of Architectural Finishes for the Egyptian market conforms to American Federal Specifications,ASTM and Egyptian Standardization Organization Specifications and Standards.PLASTICThe company owns five injection Molding Machine(ENGEL)manufacturing plastic containers of two types only; 4 Liter and 1 Liter containers using low density Poly Ethylene(LDPE)as a raw material. The following are the specifications and production capacities for the machines:- 3 Machines of maximum weight of injection 900 gms,two are with moulds for manufacturing 4 Liter body containers,and one for manufacturing 4 Liter container cover. Production capacity for all three machines per one shift is about 2500 containers of capacity 4 Liter.- 2 machines of maximum weight of injection 350 gms; one is specify for the production of 1 Liter container body,and the other is for the manufacturing the 1 Liter container cover. Production capacity for these two machines per one shift is about 1500 containers of capacity 1 Liter.
